HP ALM Fonts size Issue

One of user is facing font size issue while accessing ALM URL through IE. We change the display setting to 100 % from control panel but that made ALM ok but it produced the issue with other application.

Please advice what can be done in order to resolve this issue.

Text being truncated issue is seen in Windows 10, one of the workarounds available to resolve the issue is 1. Go to the folder containing the ALM-Client.exe file. C:\Users\\AppData\Local\HP\ALM-Client…

If you need the fonts on ALM larger you can visit this URL instead /qcbin/start_a.jsp?LargeUI=true

  1. Right-click the ALM-Client.exe file. Go to Properties.
  2. Go to the Compatibility tab.
  3. Check the ‘Override high DPI scaling behavior’ checkbox.

If you need the fonts on ALM larger you can visit this URL instead
